OK..I can understand qualifiers, but this is ridiculous when you are 12 minutes into a survey with VERY specific focused questions and then get bumped out..it is this type of experience that can turn you off of surveys...just venting.

Now I am annoyed and I am venting.
Just took a 25 minute survey from Greenfield for pain relievers.
I had to evalate different ads and tell them if I remember them and which brands they were for. I answered about 50 questions. Then AFTER all the classification questions at the very end, instead of the thank you from Greenfield page, I got "sorry but you don't qualify". I wasted my whole lunch hour on this.
I am cashing out now and not going to do surveys for awhile.
Again! SSI2 survey. 15 minutes! VERY specific..lots of pictures, ranking, pricing and boom..do not qualify.
They are really pulling some stunts and can't be upset when people quit participating.
Just took an SSI2 survey on energy providers. Completed the survey and got the dreaded "You do not qualify for this survey" page.
I almost never have survey problems, but I also got kicked out of an SSI survey with a do not qualify page. :confused:
We continue to ask the survey companies about these "do not qualify" pages and they tell us that almost every single time it happens it is because either the person taking the survey went faster than what they believed it should take on the survey or there was a trick question embedded to make sure that the person was paying attention and that question was missed. :(

Completed a DS about magazines and it didn't credit at the top of the hour. :( Hope it shows up at the top of the next hour!:wizard:
I finished my DS around 7:30 and while it didn't credit at 8, I think it did credit sometime around 9. I went to read my book for a while instead and it was there when I came back.Quote:

Interesting - I was part way through SM and the question said "for quality control purposes please click 3". So I did and got booted from the survey.
I was close to 100% complete in SH about entertainment options and without me touching my keyboard or clicking the mouse, it went back to the SR page on it's own.:mad: And now there are no more.

Another SH problem. I did a survey about movies. Watched 3 trailers, answered questions. Then demo questions, click and expect that it will go thru and credit. Nope. sends me back to one of the trailers I already watched. I get sent through 2 trailers I saw before, get the same questions but with my answers filled in. then to demos which I answer. Click and am routed back to SR with no credit.
that's 2 SH that I completed with no credit and I've wasted close to 30 minutes of my time.
Done trying for SH for today as I have no confidence that anything will credit.
DH was half way through a SH on search engines and when he clicked on the "Next" button and was taken to a page that said "Service Unavailable." He has tried to get another SH but he keeps getting routed to the same "Service Unavailable" page.

I did a DS on toy blasters from survey money surveys, didn't go back to sunshine, it went to survey monkey. I know several of you have said you copy the URL or whatever, but then what do you do with that information to try to get credit? I am going out of town today and I hate that I did a whole survey and won't get credit now. Just finished the same survey and mine went to Survey Monkey also. I did file a report with Greenfield asking if this was normal. To file with Greenfield you go back to the original Greenfield page for surveys and there is a link at the bottom to report problems. That is where you paste the URL info and give them a description of what heppened. In the past, they used to check it out and we would get credit for completed surveys and reported problems, but I haven't received credit for any reported problems for a loooooonnnnng time. Now, it's seems it's just to let them know when a survey is not working.Quote:

I did a myview yesterday, and another today. Neither one credited. :confused: I've never had a problem getting credit for them before. I did have some computer trouble yesterday, so it could just be me, but the other surveys I've done have credited with no problem.... Anyone else having trouble getting myview to credit?
Actually today is the first time I've ever had a MyView not credit for me. I noticed when I completed it today that instead of saying how many points I would have earned if I were a "myview member" it just said something along the lines of a thank you for completing this survey and then routed me as usual when it DOES credit. But it's been almost 2 hours now and no credit, so something weird happened. I'll give it a try again after I try the others eventually, but you're not alone!Quote:

I just got and completed the same DS. Just got the thank you page from the survey company and no rerouting back to SR. It was on phone service and finding phone numbers. It did not credit.

i was just finishing up an ssi2 survey about homeowners insurance and instead of going to the star page i got the flag page and it said:

Just did a DS survey about technology and computers where you have to rate them on a scale then eventually it asks questions about 1 company and you have to rate it. I got to the end, was thanked for my participation and asked to rate the survey on a scale of 1- 6 then I got this error page
