I just got the one on the hospitals (the one where you put in your address at the end?), but it did take me to the sr congrats page. So maybe they fixed whatever it was, or maybe I had a different one. That was one tedious survey though, but I've been wanting to give someone an earful about my local hospital so it was worth it to me!

Boy, I wish I read this thread earlier. I too got the hospital survey and never went back to the SR congrats page. Yes it was a very long survey. I even took a print screen shot of the congrats from GF.Quote:
