Survey problems or questions etc.

spring-i was getting that same message a while back also. the only way i fixed it was to delete all my cookies, reboot my computer, wait a little while and then try again and it usually worked. HTH.:sunshine:

I just finished a SSI before the hour and didn't get the star ranking page or any credit:computer::computer: My Dad has been in the hospital for a week and my survey time has been limited. So this rubbed me the wrong way more than usual.

I just got this plain, white page at the end of a DS...should i take another one?

I take one again if it doesn't redirect back to the normal SR page. I would clear your cookies and try another one.

I hate that! I got one like that yesterday. I was frustrated and just walked away from surveys.

Today I got credit for it!!!! I was very surprised, but happy. I so hope yours comes through tomorrow too.

thanks :) i've been debating whether or not to take another one today...i got a double credit yesterday for monday because the first survey i took on monday didn't redirect to the congrats page either, so naturally, i don't want GF to think i'm trying to scam the system. maybe it would be best not to, and just try to make up the missed survey by taking another type of survey today. :confused:

If you do try for a second DS, I'd just skip your YTC to even things out.

i hadn't thought about that! i don't usually have time to take the YTC survey anyway, so it's all good i suppose, lol.
