There was a follow up survey today and I did it anyways and i got paid $1.50. So at least this one worked:cooldance:
I was also able to do the follow up and get credit with out any problems.

always nice that they decide after they have all my answers that my profile doesn't match what they want. This happens WAY TOO often in my opinion. :mad:
35 minutes of my time wasted
Just completed a $1.40 15 minute movie survey and instead of the correct completion page I get this:
Success! You’ve completed this survey.
I appreciate the opportunities they provide but in my opinion just way too many completed surveys that do not credit; much higher percentage than any other SR survey company.

since 5:30 last night that is 4 surveys that I have completed and got nothing for doing them. well over an hour of my time and between $4-5 worth of credits I did not get after completing these.
Time for a break from ON, way too many surveys not crediting but they get all my amswers

I make sure I take as long as they say the survey should take (write down the time I start) give thoughtful answers and had a lot of them not credit or got that my profile did not meet the requirements..... all the ones that I had problems with over $1.00. Tried using another browser too.
An email address has been added to our SR Opinion Network page for you to be able to contact them directly now as soon as you have a problem with a survey that sticks or doesn't credit at the end. Hopefully that will help us streamline the process so that they can answer you faster and let you know if what you experienced was a true disqualification or a technical glitch.
Thanks Tricia, I thought something was wrong, over the Easter Weekend, I did at least 10 surveys, and I realized nothing was crediting, I kept getting the "you don't qualify now for this survey". It just happened again on a Disney Travel Survey, I don't think they liked my answers. It was a 10 minute survey, that lasted over 10 minutes. Maybe it is doing the opposite, take too long and you get booted.
tried e-mailing Opinion Network today, completed a $3.20 Business Decisonmaker Study and of course no credit at the end I got:
"you don't qualify".
Over $10 in surveys in the last week that I have completed and not been paid for.
very frustrating to even try ON anymore, either I complete them and get nothing or see a lot of higher value ones this week and every one I click into I get the message that I do not qualify. why are they on my list if I don't qualify as soon as I click on it. I would rather be disqualified right away than after completing one but sure seems like a big tease to see these $2-6.00 surveys and never get in.
Was the one today the first one that you emailed them about?
yes, got a reply that my request had been received and was being reviewed by their support staff.
Hope they have some info for me; I am at a loss as to why I have had so many surveys that end up with an error or "my profile does not match".

ARGH!!! I just sent it off to my contact there.
I know for a fact that she copied in the tech people and told them to let her know any time an inquiry like this is received so that she could make sure it was resolved. Apparently they didn't do that.
I've forwarded this along to her. They are in Denver so it will be a couple of hours before I hear anything back, but I will update when I do.

They did deposit it into your account with them, but I cannot figure out why or how or anything! It makes no sense because you don't cash out through them, you cash out through us. So I am still trying to get that sorted out.

Not sure what they just loaded but I am seeing some BIG credits come through for members the last few hours.
I just completed a Consumer Opinion Study, 15 mins for .90cents and at the end, got this error and no credit.Survey was on Organic Tomatoes
I e-mailed Opinion Network about this and included the URL for the error page
Please be advised that we are going to have to start revoking some of the credits for SR Opinion Network surveys that are done in a shoddy way. We have just been absorbing the costs of these reversals since we started working with them but they are starting to make up as much as 10% of our revenue each month and are getting worse.
The feedback that we have gotten indicates that these are being reversed for some of the following reasons: people speeding through the surveys and not really reading, poor answers in the text boxes (or none at all), answers that have nothing to do with the questions just to have an answer, etc.
They do read EVERY one of the responses and if they feel like you are not really being genuine, they take back our credits.
I won't reverse them if I only see a couple here and there.. But Just in the last month there were 35 reversed and some of them were for surveys as much as $10 for the member. In those cases, I have no choice but to reverse the credits.
I hope that you understand why I have to do this in order for us to continue offering these surveys. And PLEASE be careful to do your very best when you take these surveys so that we do not see so many of these reversals.
response was please send survey # which I do not have. a few weeks ago I would not have bothered for .90 but I am now banned from Live it would seem and have had quite a few surveys (DS,SaySo, YS) that error or don't complete at the end and am spending an awful lot of time and not getting much for my efforts.
I barely ever get these and if I do, it is usually only .30. Anyways, I just noticed a survey with no money, and I thought it was a mistake. Low and behold I do it and I get a survey with them finally. I also did it for free. So when it says 0.00 that is what it means.

They did not. My guess is that it is people who are just typing things in the boxes to move onto the next question--things really unrelated to the survey at all. There were not SO many reversals that I think they are being too picky about it. I think the more the survey is worth, the more they expect you to give full responses and that is why we had a few really big ones reversed.
