Now it's 5 days and I don't think 600 people have already played from 12an to 2 am.
The 600 scratch off plays are selected randomly, not the first 600 each day.

I usually got a pic in the early morning between 4 and 7 am central. But have not gotten choosen since november , and have tried all times of day 1 am 2am 3am 4 am 6 am today 730am 8 12 3Pm 4PM etc.
so not first 600 it is totally random
