Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

Question... I just completed a Brain Juicer survey and it did not go back to the SR Congratulations page. Should I try for another DS?:confused:

Ugh. Just did a movie survey through the Your 2 Cents link and get all the way to the classification questions and complete the darn thing and am kicked out and told I don't qualify. This one was just listing movies coming out soon - no trailers or descriptions. Sorry I can't give more info. Just watch out for it.

It sounds like exactly the one I took last night for Your 2 Cents. I did get credit the successfully completed page, then the AMPS and got credit. Sorry that you didn't.:confused:

I just did a DS for a specific home party candle company. At the end of the survey you get a coupon to use at the next party you attend, but it does not take you back to the SR congrats page and there is no place to report it. You can't move back to the previous page to get the reporting link. Just an FYI and it's not a short survey either.

You should report it thru the link on the SR Greenfield survey page. I never report a survey thru the Greenfield link. I open another window and go thru SR to report any problems I have - that is the only way you might get credit from Greenfield. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I just got this same survey and at the end when it tells you to click on the coupon, I decided after reading your trouble with it, not to click and I DID get back to the SR with the congrats page....so if anyone else gets this survey, do not click on that coupon! ;)

This is weird... I check a couple of boxes...and then it says no surveys for me...

Wow, good information to know Pam! I'm glad you got the congrats page. Thanks for taking a chance and figuring it out! :clap:

i just spent over 30 minutes doing my ds on video games and video game systems, finished the entire thing and instead of getting the congrats page i got a white page that said:
Thank you for sharing your opinions!

AARGH!!! :computer: I just got the same one! I definitely didn't go too fast, and I have no idea how I can not qualify after I complete all the classification questions. A tip to anyone else - I had a few questions in French that I still answered. If your survey goes to French then back to English, run far away! :headache:
