I check when ever I think about it, when I am online like now late at night was shutting down the computer and remembered, that I had not checked in a few days.
From the times that I have gotten a chance to pick, it has been totally random days and times.

One other thing is that the "reset" for each day is randomized. We used to have it set for midnight but all of the West Coast people did it before they went to bed and the East Coast people never got them. :) So it now resets at random times during the day.
