Surveys not crediting question

Wonderful news!!! I have 2 from Sat and 1 from Sunday that I completed; will be nice to have those credits for the new quarter.:thanks:

I haven't had any luck qualifying for Greenfield at all. As soon as I fill out the qualifying questions it says there are no surveys available for me. Anyone else having this problem? Is it just the browser I'm using?

It actually may be the email address you are using. For some reason, it doesn't like mine. Do you have a different email address that you use?

I got that all day Saturday and part of yesterday and this morning as well. I was finally able to get and complete one yesterday and this morning. I assumed they just didn't have any for me as it was month/quarter end and now Monday and a new month. Guess I should look at the e-mail as Tricia sugguested next time.

I always use Firefox for SR, works SO much better for me than IE.

Edited to add - I just finished one and it didn't credit, but I am hopeful it tracked and the credits will come through eventually. I qualified on the first try, so there might be a lot of SSI surveys out there!

I can try! I thought it was weird that it would have a green light but then it would tell me there were no surveys available for me. I'll try my gmail account. It doesn't matter that it's not the address I use for SR?

Right. The only time it would matter is if you are having account problems and GF specifically asks which email address you were using to try surveys. Then we would need to get that from you.

SSI has a yellow light so maybe they are back in business?

I did a SSI just now and it did credit once completed, back in business, not sure about SSI 2 though, I will wait a bit on that one.

Just completed an SSi which credited immediately. It took LOTS of tries, but I got one:). There's lots of surveys in there-truly-think it was my 7th or 8th attempt.....
