sounds like we got the same one...i'm still fuming. they got me on another one earlier this morning as well. perhaps we'll both be able to complete another survey later. i wish i'd had the presence of mind to save the URL so i could report it. i was so upset the thought never occurred.
Can anyone tell me why I have two available surveys checked off that I qualify for but when I go to take them, I get the message..... We?re Sorry

I just finished the movie survey as well today, and got the same ending without going back to the congratulations screen. Now this happened to me earlier this month and I received no credit, so I assume that I will not get credit for this one either. At the bottom of the Greenfield page there is a link to click that says "Click here to report a problem with a survey". Once you click on that, you need to enter the URL, a copy of the page where the problem occured (if you can), and a description of the survey. You might not get credit now, but mystery credits have been known to appear! HTH
I just completed a survey on a new online community/ survey opportunity for kids and it did not take me back to the SR Congratulations page. It took me to Google instead. :confused:I have the URL of the page before it took me to Google so I'm going to report it now.

I'm having the same problem today that Pam was having the other day. No surveys even though I have things checked off.
Keeps booting me out and telling me nothing available.
I've had this problem all day :( I would love to know why it won't let us take suveys that are checked and seem to be qualified for, I'm usually lucky and end up getting another at some point but today so far doesn't look like there are going to be anymore options.
I'm in the same boat. No $$ for me today. :(
Well a few minutes ago I was able to start a survey...asking the usual age, if anyone in your family works at certain places etc. and then it asked the biggy question...."Just to be sure, what day was it yesterday?" Well, since today is Sunday, I'm pretty sure yesterday was Saturday....I guess I answered that question wrong because I got the boot immediately! Did they change the days of the week on me? :rotfl:
I'm so glad you posted this! I've gotten that question twice before, weeks in between and as soon as I answer it, like you, (I think I know what day it was yesterday), I have gotten the boot both times. I wonder what day they want it to be! :rotfl: Wonder what that survey is about.
I just tried and they asked what day was yesterday. Now I know it's Monday because I have to work today. Except when I said yesterday was Sunday I got the boot too.
SO, does that mean that today isn't Monday and I can go back to bed :banana:
I have never been able to go further in a study when they ask that question. At first I wondered if it was an east vs west coast time zone issue, but the last couple times it's right in the middle of the day, and unless I was in Asia or some other place it shouldn't be an issue...but I've never gone further once they ask that question.
i don't know if this is a technical issue but here goes. for some reason gf surveys are not loading at all. the page for the ds does not come up all the way and when i click in the middle of the page for the box a white screen comes up saying the page cannot be displayed. maybe gf is down this morning or something?:confused:

The Greenfield daily survey is at it again with the NON crediting movie survey which doesn't redirect you back to SR. I just got the generic thank you screen, so I reported it using the link found on the Daily Survey page. :(
Maybe it's an April Fools Joke though??
i got a couple of those this morning also so i answered yes that i have taken a movie survey in the last couple of months (which it true) and got the generic you don't qualify page. wish gf would either fix these surveys or get rid of them altogether so none of us waste any more time on them.
I got the movie one too. You would think I would learn by now.
I got the same kind of survey this morning where it asks "what day was yesterday" and I really thought about it at first, should I try putting another day in and see what happens because I knew I was getting the boot for answering correctly! :rotfl: I did put the correct day in, got the boot as expected and then immediately went to report it, that's TWICE now that I've gotten that question. :confused:
I also got this one again this morning. Knowing I would get booted anyway, I put the wrong day in on purpose. I got the message "Please go back and correct your answer and mark the correct day", or something similar. So I checked the right day and you guessed it, got the boot.
Beware My Meat Opinions is one of those that does not give you a way to return to Sunshine Rewards. UGH! I did report it. I'm off to try another one.
i got the meat opinions one this morning too, but closed out of it, b/c i had a sneaking suspicion it wouldn't give the congrats page. beware everyone, the movie survey is still out there too.
I too got the meat survey and reported it, I also never got the confirmation email that they said they would send me, not that I care? :rolleyes:

Don't forget that if you get a generic "thank you" page at the end of a survey, Greenfield will NOT pay us for the survey when you report it because they assume that it is one of the surveys that is going to have credits imported at a later time. It's only if you have a technical problem with the survey that they will investigate for possible payment.
I completed the meat survey as my SM option so I couldn't report it, but it should be avoided. :(
If the SM surveys come from Greenfield, is it possible to report them under the Daily Survey page?
Unfortunately, no. Because those go through another company and not our direct relationship with Greenfield. It's the downside of going through the third party for the second survey opportunity. It's the same company that we run OTX through, and you know how much trouble we have had with them on that. :(
THere is a lip gloss one out there that is like the meat one too. I just got the meat one and didn't read here before. I am so frustraited about it because after I try to get a different and it says there are no surveys. Its like man.
just a heads up...that new movie from our favorite company that was giving us a generic thank you page instead of the congrats page a few days ago? well, there's a survey out there for the kids about this same movie now, and it doesn't give the congrats page either. DD just spent 15 minutes on it. i reported it to greenfield.
