Since their new system, I have been finding it easier to qualify for surveys, but it now seems more difficult to complete them because of technical difficulties
Two times this week I've gotten into surveys where you needed to watch a video. When I try to watch the video, I get "error on page" and it won't open up the video. If you don't watch the video, it won't let you go any farther. I've never had trouble with watching videos in surveys before. I don't know what is wrong all of the sudden.
I have done the same survey like 5 times now. They are so hard to get now too.
I got the band-aid/JD Power one too. But for me the JD Power one went through fine and I got the "you've successfully completed a survey" page on SR. :)Quote:
