Spent almost 30 minutes on an SM about organic foods and ended up with the following error:

refreshing just sent me back to the beginning of the survey again.:mad::mad:
I got that one last night for my DS. It did take a long time, but mine credited. Sorry yours didn't. Much be a glitch with it now. Hopefully you can get another one!Quote:

I just took a brainjuicer about water and it credited right away. Got it through GTM. Is it just certain brainjuicers that don't credit?
I got that one too and no problems. I have completed a few BJ's thru GTM and almost all have credited.Quote:

Lovely....just finished a DS from affinova about cat treats-and at the end I got a white screen that said "thank you for your partcipation but this study is no longer available". Anyone else get that one to credit?
I got this survey yesterday and spent over an hour on it. I also got the software error three times, but I kept refreshing, and ultimately it DID credit for me. I also gave it a low rating - it was horrible.Quote:

MV did not credit for you is because it not making proper cookies. Check for them before you do it, it should have 4-5 cookies. What I saw was portal.myview.com as the only cookie. It is just on the daily MY View, I did on for survey company I am member of and it made the cookies and I did get credit for the survey. I read forums and all sites with the daily my view survey are having the same issue.

I knew there were issues before I took it, but I have been shut out of most of the surveys today and thought I'd give it a try just in case. I just wanted to post that it was still not crediting in case anyone else thought about trying. No big loss - it wasn't a long survey.Quote:

SCard-when u r told that there r no surveys available do u immediately try again or do u wait. the reason i ask is that when that happens to me and i try again i notice that i have to put in my demos again (it's like it is not keeping the cookie). i then get completely out of it, delete my cookies and reboot my computer and try again and that seems to work. Sometimes I wait, sometimes I try at least one more time. The "try back tomorrow" wording sure makes it sound like there will be no more chances for me until the next day. There were no boxes to check off when I logged into GF, just immediately said there were none. If I try again, it does not ask me to put in my demos, just immediately goes to "no surveys, try tomorrow"Quote:

Was doing an SSI2 about LED light ads that was supposed to be 10 minutes. Gave opinions on numerous ads. Asked to choose options to create an ad, and now its just stuck there. Clicking the arrow does nothing, refresh just gives me the option fill in the page again and then nothing. :mad:
Not a long survey, but frustrating when there are so few options right now.

Does it look like "If you're not XXXX, click here", no boxes, and just a next button? I've been getting that a lot lately. Evidentally, they've gone back to the late rotation if I can't get a survey. If I completely run out of chances, they'll give me that message. I've been able to get in after 7 pm EST. I'll be able to try again, but if I try too many times (and I don't know what their logic is here), I'm locked out again till 7 pm tomorrow.Quote:

just an fyi. i just did a bj about salads (it was my sm survey), completed the whole thing, put in the code at the end and instead of getting the congrats page i got a white generic thank you page saying that my responses had been successfully received and submitted. wanted to give everyone the heads up about this survey.
Completed SSI about breads, told me the survey was closed,did not go back to the SSI star page and did not credit.
Must be DS/SM day for BJ's. DS has sent me into 4 straight Brain Juicers (one was salads), did not qualify for any. Think I had better take a break from DS before I use up all my chances for the day.Quote:

Yay-I'm glad you got one SCard. Seeing the yellow light, I decided to give MV a try-but got the "no available surveys" message after completing many qualifiying questions.
But at least this means that MV is back to being an option-which is a good thing. :sunshine:

I got a MV tonight! I know this is supposed to be problems, but just wanted to report in...
this is not a problem. just wanted to let everyone know that i finished a mv about 3 minutes ago and it has already credited.:woohoo:
FYI-almost done(you can tell , yanno?) with a BJ thru SH on chicken sandwiches. Asked me to join a panel. When I declined, it kicked me out and did not credit.
Just finished a MV (did one yesterday and got credit!), and I got this message...
The website which referred you did not pass a valid identifier. We recommend you return to the referrer site and try their link again. Please contact customer service at our referrer's website.
This was on the page that usually asks you to join the MV panel so I am not sure if it will credit or not...we'll see.

"null"
betting that's not going to credit.
I'm not sure if this means it's fixed or not, but I got kicked out of a Brain Juicer SM survey and was actually routed back to the correct page. when I got kicked out of other BJs through Greenfield, it would still send me to the terminated page.
