I took a regular survey today no problem, but when I tried to take a SM survey it was going to OTX, so I just waited bc I didn't want to mess anything.
Thanks for the replies. I had completed the survey around 8 PM the night before. Silly me thought the surveys were date driven, not time/hours. Oh well...I never did qualify for anything yesterday once I was able to get through anyway...seems to be the theme lately...I never qualify for anything!
Yeah...what's up with these surveys that take all of your time and information and even THANK YOU at the end for participating, but when you get kicked back to SR expecting a "Congratulations" message, instead you get a "sorry you didn't qualify" message. If I'm not qualified, figure that out on the front end...don't waste my time and energy having me evaluate a new product, giving my opinion, etc. and lead me to believe all along that I am completing a survey that I'll get credit for, only to clock me upside the head at the end with a "unqualified message." That plain stinks!
ETA: This vent is directed at Greenfield...not the fine, lovely folks at SR. I have much love for the SR folks!
I totally understand your frustration. I have been there, done that. Don't give up though. It is amazing how quickly that 80 cents adds up.

Seems like there weren't any available for me yesterday (tried about 40 times) and today I've completed 2 but they are not going back to Sunshine Rewards congrats page. Anybody else? I did foods - said I'd participate and then did one on cosmetics. :confused: :confused: :confused:
I got one on xxx individual packs, and rec'd the congrats / exceeded page. It took a few tries though to get to that survey.
I got the xxx one too. And it let me take another one. I did not even qualify for the other one, it jumped me right out, I don't wear enough makeup.
I did eventually get one...
I didn't qualify for this survey... but at the end...it did not return me to SR... but to an advertisement and shopping site... let me add that it was alot of questions to the not qualify part too...

Got one today, but yesterday was impossible!
What with all the error messages and the not being rerouted to SR, did anyone manage to get credit for a survey yesterday?
I had two surveys in a row take me all the way to the end and then not redirect to Sunshine. After that there was a big error message anytime I tried to take one, so I never got to. So long, perfect January....:(
yeah, I had tons of trouble, but finally managed to get one about skin care medications which credited!
Did manage to get one about computer operating systems/software after I got the boot numerous times; had one with internal application error (something like that), one said survey closed (why is it stll there then??!). Then finally got this one, which was long, but got the congrats page - whew!
This has been going on a few days. The rare times I do qualify for a survey and I've gone through a bit of it, like this time, I get a really vague "thank you for sharing your opinions with us" message, then click OK or next or whatever, and I'm on a pretty page with blue background, the upssurveyrouter URL, but it's OpinionSurveys, and is offering me another? survey.
It's confusing, and I don't know what it is doing. I haven't gone through before, because I do not know what it is.
But today I'm just frustrated, so it's sitting there, waiting for me, until I find out what on earth it is. Did the questions I answered lead me to it, and THIS is the survey I'll take (doesn't seem like it, it's asking the typical "do you have a blah blah blah" questions, just on a different-looking page)? Am I being routed away and this won't count for SR?

Yeah i had gotten on in verry early in the day on wednesday before all the greenfield issues started!
I got one in late morning yesterday as well.
I got one today that took me to opinionsurveys as well. I just went back to sunshine and tried again. Bummer since i though the survey was going to actually work. O, well I got one later so I am now 10/10! for january
never got one yesterday all I got was the error thing all evening finally gave up
Greenfield said that this is a HUGE error. If you ever get returned to another website, please do what you can....take a screen shot, get the URL, etc (maybe even go back a page and grab that URL). They will investigate immediately.
Should we send that info to them through the help@greenfield email? Probably the best thing. If it happens again I will remember to do that.
Actually, you can send it to my email address (or help at sunshinerewards.com) and I will forward it directly to my contact there.
Oh darn it! Wish I'd waited (though it's possible I could go back once I'm done with the survey I'm on...oh no I can't b/c I already went Back to SR) for that reply.

That has happened to me several times in the last couple of weeks, adding to the frustration! I'm beginning to wonder if the surveys are worth all this torment. But ... Disney :minnie: World :mickey: definately is, yep, it's worth it.
It has happened to me three times this week.
I was not able to. My 24 hour window didn't open up til dinnertime, and that's when all of Greenfield's problems began. :(
I got one very early in the day on Wednesday without problems. However, today I started late in the morning and it took me a lot longer to get one.
You know, I just reported a Communispace cosmetics survey. I'm getting real sick of these guys. All their surveys take me to some weird site and I never get credit.
i had one from Communispace yesterday too that routed to a different site to try and get a survey! instead of back to SR for credit...
I just completed one that sent me to Opinion Surveys.
Here is the error message I received:
"Your request cannot be completed. The following error message was returned:
The survey you are requesting has already been taken on this workstation. The owner of this survey has indicated that it can only be taken once on each unique computer.
For questions regarding the survey you were attempting to complete, please contact the system administrator."
I hope that is enough proof that I did complete the survey. Of course there are now no other surveys for which I qualify.
