Are they still taking us back to sunshine rewards page ? I took a break last month and didnt do any and today is the first day i got one for the month and it didnt take me back to the sunshine rewards screen. is that normal now ?

Tried two surveys today. Both gave me the generic thank you page and didn't take me back to SR. Ugggh. Hope they credit in the future, but I know they won't come Monday.
Now I'm mad...I got a new Greenfield survey, that doesn't credit, in addition to the Movie ones! This survey is the one that you load many short commercial videos and answer questions about different products and choose which ones you will put in your 'gift basket' etc. These are usually long but always credit. Until today. I went to the end after 25 min. and answered the last question, when I got not only the generic thank you page, but also the 'You don't qualify for this survey ' deal!! :(
I got that one last night. I was so mad. As the chat group last night. I was fuming. But I did do the movie one and it took me back to sunshine so...... I took 4 my two cents last night and all 4 froze on me half way through. Now I know it isn't my computer since I got an otx and a greenfield. But oh well such as life. I would be happy with one survey if that is all I got.
they got me AGAIN! 2nd time today! this is a survey for parents for a new 3d movie from our favorite place, and it does NOT take you to the SR congrats page, it gives the generic black & white thank you page. GRRRRRR! this is getting OLD! off to report!
That is so strange cuz I got that one and it took me back to SR page. There must be a glitch in it.
Got a long one that was primarily about skin care for my SM survey - answered all the questions (20 minutes) and got the dreaded white screen "you do not qualify." Watch out for this one.:computer::computer:
I'm wondering why so many surveys are ending with the generic white thank you page. It used to happen once in a while, but I got hit twice today. I know Tricia says Greenfield isn't interested in you reporting that issue as you might get credit down the line, but I did anyway.
I would think they would want to know that it was happening so often though.
whenever i get the white generic thank you page instead of the congrats page i always report that problem to gf. by reporting this you are letting them know that there is a problem and that they need to correct it. i agree that there have been way too many of these kind of surveys lately (i had 3 today for my sm survey) and got the white you don't qualify screen. who knows, maybe one day there won't be this kind of movie survey anymore and gf surveys will always take us back to the congrats page. :rotfl:
This one keeps coming up. It asks if you are a PARENT of a child between 5 -12 and then a bunch of other questions, then it says you are qualified to take the survey, but everytime it gets to the part where you give the age and gender of the child it says "you do not qualify" and you have no way to return to SR. Then when he did go back to SR and try another daily survey the same movie one came up two more times! This seems to be some kind of a glitch.
My poor teenage DD got two of those dreaded white "Thank you" pages this week. The first was for the movie that everyone has mentioned and the second happened tonight. She just spent more than 30 minutes on a survey about various "entertainment" products like dvds, cds, cell phones and video games. When she completed it, she got the generic white page that thanked her for taking the survey. I feel so bad for her because she only does them to help me out and then they don't credit.
just got hosed for the second time today! earlier today, i got the skin care survey that ended with the generic black & white thank you page, this time, it was a pita chip survey that took me all the way to the end, did all the demographic questions, then it told me i didn't qualify! now i have no more options :( this is getting really old, really quick. these surveys shouldn't be allowed to waste our time this way. the demographic questions should come first so that if we don't qualify, we haven't spent 10-25 minutes answering questions before we're booted. ugh. sorry, i'm just really frustrated with being jerked around by greenfield.
If we don't get credit for it, neither does SR. If it says we dont' qualify then it's not a completed survey for GF.
The only survey's (of late) that I've had a problem with are the movie survey with the white generic congrats page. Once in while an issue pops up with a survey but if it does it's one that everyone is getting, KWIM? Like the one meat survey a few weeks ago that froze in the same spot.
Should have come to the fourm first-just got that skin care survey-went through the whole LONG process-got to the end and it said I didn't qualify. Dont know why. So tired of getting to the end and then they say I don't qualify. Tell me in the beginning or the middle. Sorry just venting:(:(:(

just spent 30 minutes on a survey about retail stores (watching videos) and giving my opinion and when i went to submit it i got the cache-no-cache page so i hit refresh and instead of getting the congrats page this is what i got:
We are sorry but this survey is no longer available.

I maybe should have been a little clearer. GF assures SR that if we don't complete and get congrats screen they don't count that as a completed survey either. GF has been pretty good about making restitution for bad surveys'. So if we're getting kicked out (yes it stinks, happens to me) late in a survey saying we don't qualify or error out, GF isn't counting the data.
i totally understand what you are saying but it does tend to get a little frustrating when you invest your time in a survey only to be told at the end that you don't qualify for it after completing the whole thing. sorry about my rantings earlier about my surveys. won't happen again - i promise.
Not a problem - but a praise. I hope everyone gets this survey today about personal hygiene wipes and its container. 1 or 2 questions - that was it.

I just got a survey yet again that asked the question..What day was yesterday? We all know what happened next....and I did report it, again. Now nothing available for me. :(
I just got a survey about DVD buying. When I got to a questin that asked about prices of older DVDs, I entered a number, and it told me to enter in an $XX.XX format. Ihad done that, but tried again. Still samemessage. No matter what I entered, same message. I tried to copy and paste the URL an webpage, but it wouldn't let me. I did copy down the URL and typed it in manually, but was only able to describe the problem in my report. Hope no one else had this problem. :headache:
Whenever I get booted from surveys, and believe me, I have had my share, at the beginning, middle and close to the end, I think about surveygate and when I was one of the people banned from surveys.I didn't knowingly do anything wrong, but none the less I was banned. Not only did I miss taking surveys A LOT, but also the bump in my account. When I think about no surveys it sometimes helps me swallow getting booted. Maybe that will help others too.
On a positive note, I had tons of options today! :clap: Hope everyone who tries can get a survey today. Good luck!
Do you guys report the Y2C white screen endings too? If so, where do you report it?
I'm getting really depressed. Between offers not crediting and now going through surveys, getting to the end and finding a white screen (which has been happening WAY too often lately), I might take a break from here for a while. I love to help my Disney fix but I'm just so frustrated!!!!!:computer::confused::cry:
I just spent 55 minutes on a DS and got the dreaded white screen thank you and did not get returned to SR!
This is the first time I've gotten that white screen (though I've read about it) and I'm still trying to figure things out: do I need to report this and hope I get credit or suck it up and try to get another? I reported it, but I don't know if I should try to take another survey or not.
