Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

Just a heads up....I am trying to complete a survey on soup and everytime I make it to the end (about 20-25 minutes in), it tells me that I have already completed this portion of the survey and to click "next". When I do that, it takes me back to the beginning. It did this twice, so I had to close out of it because I couldn't get it to advance past that loop. It was a SM survey, so I couldn't report it, but I thought I would let everyone know.

I had this one as a regular daily survey and the same thing happened to me, so I did report it. That was frustrating, as I didn't click the browser's back button or try to modify previous answers, as it said I did! :computer: Didn't want to go thru the loop again, so just reported and got another one.
That one was a pasta sauce survey using the i-phone looking format; it was troublesome, too, but kept refreshing and made it thru. It also said at the end that I had already completed this survey, etc etc, but did got to SR congrats page.
Eh, after that, I am SO done with surveys today! whew...

Yup I just reported that one too. I'm hoping to get another one soon before heading out for the night.

Yep...just got this one...I was so happy that I got one finally. Hopefully there will be another one.

i got a survey on a brand of tea...it stalled twice, but if you reload the page (i was using firefox), it will continue and i finished it and got the congrats page. just wanted to let everyone know what worked for me.

I just got this as my DS this evening. I had no issues using IE, completed it w/in 15 minutes and got the SR congrats page. I liked the iphone-looking survey. It was a nice change of pace. Here's to a good month of surveys for October.

i had an issue with a SM survey about luxury cars....you had to watch commercials but the sound was not working. i know the sound was on on my computer, i could hear it "dinging" and when i clicked over to Youtube.com to watch a video just to make sure. worked fine. So something must be wrong on their end that the commericals are not putting forth sound???

Just had a problem with a survey for parents of 9-17 yr olds on a vaccine. About 43% of the way through there is an ad with a video. I was able to see & hear the video with no problem, but when it finished and I clicked continue, it would not go to the next page. Waited & tried several times, tried reset, nothing, tried refresh & I could hear it again but it could not reload the page, text or video.

Anyone complete this? I am curious if it is my computer or the survey? I was in IE 7.

I just got this as a SM survey, so I couldn't report it. I got stuck at the same point - 43% after watching the video.

I was also using IE7. It's not your computer - it's the survey. :)

Same here, and in IE7 as well. It was for my Daily, so was able to report it. I am actually in the process or researching this topic for dd, was disappointed, I wanted to see more!
