Daily Survey Technical Issues Thread

I know people hate to see this question but have surveys posted from today? I have taken one on 10/5 and 10/6 and haven't received credit for either one. Nothing funky with either survey either.

It is very strange. Particularly because we had one of our biggest survey credits days in a month today. And I double checked just to be sure and there isn't one in there for you yesterday OR today. :(

Yes it is, bc i did get mine today but never did get one for 10/5 and didn't have any funky issues. Sorry your missing 2.

I can't remember the topic on the 5th but yesterday was financial services.

I tried again today and got an easy one on mineral water so we'll see if it credits.

Is there a timeout feature on surveys? Since they aren't cookie based I haven't really given much thought to the time it takes to complete them. I know yesterday and today I drug them out while I worked on stuff here at the office.

I don't think that would matter (timing out) bc I've done them at work where I've had to get up and leave to go to the notary and come back to finish it. Some have been an hour and should have only been 20 mins.

i just spent over 20 minutes doing a survey about asthma, got all the way through it to the demographic questions at the end THEN it told me i didn't qualify! #^&#@#&! :computer:
