A couple of days ago I didn't get credit for any offers, OTX or SM survey. I had to run anti virus and spy ware twice and shut the computer down and restart and that seemed to fix the problem. My software said it didn't find anything but obviously there was something blocking cookies that day for me. I'm getting credit with no problems now.
I have been taking SM surveys for a little while now, not everyday, but enough and have NEVER cleared my cookies between surveys and have always received credit. Starting to be that the juice ain't worth the squeeze.Quote:

I was able to do an OTX and SM survey (I had done my daily survey yesterday evening, so I have to wait until later for that one) and got credit for both. I remember reading Catherine's hypothesis that AMP might have planted a "deep cookie" so clearing via IE might not solve the problem. Thanks, Catherine!
I do not see what Friday would have to do with it unless it was the time on Fri. that you submitted it. Could be they do not register it until Monday. Let`s hope anyway that is what it is. whiterain.
Got a super easy one today on toothpaste for sensitive teeth.
I am going to try and clear again as I haven't recieved any credits for Fri Sat or Sun yet?? Heres hoping since I need to cash out before we head to Disney!!

i took and received credit for my amp survey yesterday but for some reason today i cannot get a my thought counts survey as it keeps saying i have reached my limit (i took yesterdays survey after 11 am). catherine had mentioned something about a "deep cookie." what is that and how do you get rid of it? i did run ccleaner yesterday to totally clean out my cookies and temp files so i do not know what the problem could be. it is now almost 2 pm and i still can't get an otx survey. can somebody please help me. :confused:
Do you remember what time the survey credit posted (not what time you took or ended). It seems to be 24 hours from the time it credits.Quote:

the amp survey posted at 12 noon. i ran ccleaner and an adaware scan last night (i do an adaware scan every night) and i always clean out all my cookies after i receive the credit for an otx survey. i guess today is just not my day for my thought counts. thanks for helping. it is appreciated.:sunshine:

I finally qualify for a daily survey and after 45 minutes, it doesn't take me back to the SR congratulations page! :computer:
It was one of those ones where you have to download a toolbar and then perform certain tasks on a website and then offer your opinion on the website. I couldn't close out the page when it was done, it ate up a ton of virtual memory and I ended up having to reboot my computer.
All that and no credit!
A pie survey - maybe 4 or 5 questions and that was it. LOVE :love: those kind!
I had one on finances and it was super easy. It said 25 minutes but it was only about 15.

Today was weird. I kept getting one over and over about smoking. I'd say I don't smoke, then it'd kick me out and I'd be rerouted to the same survey again. I swear I clicked out of that survey at least 5x in a row!
I finally got one on carpet. I know I did one similar a long time ago, but this one had different brands than the previous one I did.
Had one on appliances today (dryers) it was less then 10 mins!
Well, I seem to not have any luck today either. I got a certain medical survey, and there was a confidentiality statement I had to read before I could continue. So I read it, took my time, and then clicked, yes I agree, and hit the continue button. Then I suddenly ended up on the page - there are no surveys for you today!:computer: Here I thought I was getting a survey, but I must not have taken long enough to peruse this statement, and I failed some quality control thing. Now there is nothing else I qualify for, either. Oh well, maybe later.

Have anyone of you gotten the lawn pesticide daily survey?
You go for a pretty decent amount of time, and then, it asks you to see if you can hear a short audio clip, but it looks just like a regular page.
I never heard any audio, so of course, it booted me out of the survey after all that time.
Just wondering if anyone else has gotten this survey and heard the audio clip because my computer's sound is working fine otherwise.
After taking a break from, surveys and offers for most of the month, I am going to dive back in. I took a survey today on wireless phone services....went all the way through and nothing....no congrats page. I was then able to get one on pain relievers and that one took me to the end.

DH got this survey. He was able to hear the audio clip, but I will say the video clip they showed took FOREVER to buffer. I have cable modem and I'm not joking it was AT LEAST 10 minutes before the video was ready to play. It said it would take 1 minute. But it did eventually play and really other than the video taking so long it was pretty short on questions and easy to answer. We did get credit for it.Quote:

Just did, or so I thought, a survey about athletic shoes. It's a pet topic of mine, so I was happy to do it. All throughout there were issues with the survey hanging, and a few times I had to click Stop and press enter or continue or whatever the button was again. This happened at the end, and as it really should have ended, I got "Our records indicate that you have already completed this survey."
And now I can take another survey. :(
So just in case you get that one, there's one of two things to think about...
*it might not finish/credit for you, and/or...
*whatever you do, however long it hangs, do NOT press "stop" and click the button again.
Harumph. Going to send them an email (I knew something bad was going to happen with it, and kept copying the URLs of each page before it went through) about it.

I started a daily survey this am (I believe on shopping-I can't remember-it mentioned several items, shoes being one) and answered several pages, got to the video and it wouldn't view...error on java...I just used java this week so I know it's running ok...and I couldn't finish because I couldn't see what it was they wanted me to see...had to finally exit out to go to work...:(anyone else having this problem?
I have problems with the videos on a regular basis if I try from home. Not sure why, but if I see a video popping up, I am usually pretty certain that I'm going to have to try a new one.Quote:
