August 13 20 min. $1.90 "hygiene". spokesperson for high end make up. got the correct congrats page.
August 14 - Completed a $1.10 around 6:15AM this morning, was a Toluna movie survey, got the correct completion page
yesterday, August 13 - I completed a $1.90 on "hygiene" that was about a spokeswoman for an upscale line of women's skin care products and have not received credit. Another member completed the same one and no credit.
I am wondering if that hygiene one is one of those that they will give us all the credits on after the survey has closed. My contact there is out until Monday but if we keep seeing the same consistent issue with that one, I'll reach out to her early next week and see if that is the case. That's what happened the last time with them when a bunch of people all didn't get credit immediately for the exact same survey.
I did the same one GF on a new movie 1.20 and another for 1.20 on finances neither from last night credited. I read the post that someone had Opinion credit today, so I did it. and within 3 minutes it credited, so what is the deal with last nights, we all have bit amounts for the incentives. I thought since it happened the night before, it was the same issue, I think something was wrong on there end last night, mine were not the
hygiene, I did that before when it took a while to credit and it was 2.50 then.

With the exception of a couple of posts, I haven't seen any other problems with SR Opinion from last night. We didn't have any trouble tickets filed and we actually had more credits yesterday than we have had in a long time. I can have SG check the logs specifically for your userid if you want since it sounds like you had multiple not credit last night and that is very out of the ordinary. Just open a trouble ticket and I will forward it to him.
I can't make any promises because as you know we can only really deal with the survey non-credits when they are MAJOR issues and not just individual credits here and there. Otherwise, the networks will drop us. From what I understand, I complain to the survey networks more than any other rewards site owner...and we are definitely not one of the biggest!

$3.90 one on Business Decisions ( was on cell phone service) got the correct completion page and no credit.
This is frustrating. since late yesterday afternoon, $1.90, $1.10, $3.90 = $6.80 that I have not gotten credit for.

I thought it was the same issue as the day before with these credits, and after reading posts today, the surveys we posted about last night, seem to be isolated. I opened a trouble ticket I do not think that is correct,
there were about 4 or 5 of us saying the same thing. I am not sure what the problem here is, Trish said open a trouble ticket, I do not get that at all, what I thought was there credit system was not working last night or SR was not working, something is wrong. When did you do Business one for 3.90? I did several this afternoon, all not worth much money and all did credit, it was 2.20 for 4 of them, those seem not to have issues with credit.

This is my go-to survey company that I always do first, and several times throughout the day if they're available. I have NEVER had a crediting problem with any of them...until this morning :( I don't remember the exact amount it was for since I don't keep track of those since they typically credit all the time. But I do know it was for something in the $1 range. It was on water filtration (different from the one posted a few up with the error message...got that error also from a survey I just tried now, but it was only a few questions in and definitely didn't complete). Anyway, the one from earlier today did give me the proper completion screen, but still hasn't credited and it's been since around noon today. I also took another survey from them right after that one that credited just fine. I'm not angry or anything about it :) just passing along the info in case there's something going on!
Did I mention I love having this survey company as an option now! It totally got me back into taking surveys regularly!:sunshine:
completed the $3.90 one around 7:30PM.
I was very enthusiastic about these surveys until the last 24 hrs. It's just not right that we do the work and are not getting paid for it. I take my time and make sure I take as long as they say it should. And the fact that it's the larger value ones that don't credit is even more irritating. seems like something is wrong with the crediting.
I did Sr network for .80 on cars that did not credit, I am starting to think that these are not worth the time, took the 20 minutes, could of spent that time with surveys that will credit.

I was going to post the same thing later...I also took an .80 car survey around 10:30 this morning and haven't gotten credit yet for it. This is really weird since I have always gotten credit for these surveys and now I haven't twice in 2 days. But another one did credit last night, so it's spotty for some reason. The car survey seemed to be focused on Toyota more than any others and about recent news regarding them and safety...
sure seems like something went wrong with SR Opinion Network sometime on Thursday. more posts about crediting issues in the last 48 hours than the previous months combined.
I took the car one with no credit, too. Also got the same error page as posted above today.
I only qualified for one survey with them today and it credited almost immediately. It sure seems like it is several of the same surveys that just don't credit more than it's an across the board crediting issue with them. I'm going to take the time to write down which survey I am taking and what it's expected to pay and see if it doesn't credit it's one a lot of you are reporting.
Since you got credit, I thought i would give it a try, It did not credit, it was a 1.50 on school supplies, long enough and a waste of time.
Trish there has to be problem, to many of us not getting the credit as promised, I got this message, Can you investigate the problem with your rep?

Unfortunately, it's the weekend. No one but me works on the weekends. LOL
So there just isn't anything that I can do until Monday. :( But I will say they have ALWAYS come through on getting our credits for us. So if there is a problem, I know it will get resolved. They are SUPER helpful when it comes to every single issue that we have with them.
A bit of an update at least on OUR end.
These surveys are programmed to pay our members a percentage of what we get for each survey (that's how we make our money as well). They are supposed to report on every single survey the amount that YOU make and the amount that WE make and then our system credits. Well, those numbers are not matching up. They are telling us how much to pay you, but it means that we are not making what we are supposed to make on each survey.
So SG is just going to push through all of the credits that are owed to all of you and we will settle things with them on our end. I don't mind taking the hit on my end to keep things crediting right for all of you. Chances are good that they will end up fixing the numbers for us anyway and giving us what we are supposed to get. But we'll have a conversation with them on Monday to find out why this has been happening all of a sudden this week.
As for you all, we're programming our end to pay you whatever you were told you were supposed to be paid on every survey. Once we make this fix in the next 10 or so minutes, you should see all of your back credits and should not see any more problems going forward with future credits. (at least for this particular problem!!)
Just amazing from you and SG on a Saturday night. After your confidence in ON I was going to try again tonight if I see any available for me.

I see 3 of the ones I missed yesterday and earlier today, thanks for that, waiting on one I did about 5 or 6 today, it was on back to school shopping for 1.50, and then I am caught up. I am glad to know we all were saying the correct missing credits had become a issue. I know we all make out when things are working the way they should.

I am still missing the $1.90 on skin care spokesperson but where a few of us had a problem with it maybe it is one that will credit later when the project ends.

If you get a survey for testing a new fruit for kids, beward the 1.30 you will not get credit for. I got this screen at the end and I knew it would not credit. If I get selected for testing the product, how can I believe they would pay the 20.00 reward.

Remember that sometimes they batch in all of the credits for a particular survey after the survey has completely closed. Hopefully that is the case for this one.
I got my power bar things in the mail today to test. Except that the only reward for doing the test is a coupon for a free bar. LOL Not exactly terrific for what they are saying will be a 15-20 minute follow-up survey. Oh, well. I hope I like the bars!
Thank you! I was just looking at the flyer and saw that it said I would get an email with a 15-20 minute survey. Really the whole process only took about 10 minutes...and I got to eat chocolate while doing it! Much better than I expected. And I actually really liked one of the two products (I won't say which one in case anyone else is still taking the surveys!).
funny thing is I got an e-mail from SurveyDownline with the follow-up, did not want to mess up anything with SR so I did not do it. The .60 follow-up showed up on my list for Opinion Network.
Is it OK to do the follow ups through another company like Survey Downline?
I got 2 bars worth $1.99 each, the initial reward and then the 60 cents. worth the effort I think
I have gotten several emails from Survey Downline since I've been taking these, but like you, haven't done any of them because 1) I didn't know if that conflicted with SR, and 2) I don't understand how they would get my incentive to me. I don't have a specific account with Survey Downline, so I don't understand how I would get credit even if I did click their survey link...
