I just finished the DVD survey, no problems for me. In fact, it was one of those easy, fun ones! End page is white with the following:

I just tried this and got about 13% in when it would not let me go any further. I kept getting an error message at the bottom of the page when I hit next. I tried in IE and FF. Oh well. I guess this was not meant to be!

I got credit on the hour
I did this got the whole way through past the classification questions and got a white screen saying something about cookies and then it went blank:confused:

I had tried it in firefox and was having issues so I tried in IE but it remembered that I had started it and brought me back to the trouble spot as that is where I was in the survey.
