Do you mean the banner in people's signatures that has the amount earned?
If so, your code is on the page Referrals (which I think you've already found).
Go to User CP and Edit Signature, then you paste the code in there.
It won't show up as a banner until you have 25 posts though (will show up as text code).

The banner at the bottom of peoples post with how much they have earned... To add that to your signature you must have 25 posts and copy the code from the Referral page on sunshinerewards.com and then paste it on the forums under user cp edit signature.

which banner are you trying for? (please forgive if I've asked you this already) I know some people were having issues before with the longer banners not showing and had to do a smaller one.
Go to your usercp. Hit edit signature and then hit save and it should pop up. For some reason this usually works.
This is the one that I am trying to use and now it works
