The puzzle is always failing today. What is happening?
I missed out on a lot of points yesterday and I thought they'd show up eventually. Today, it kept showing that the captcha I entered was incorrect. This was on Chrome.
So I used a different browser, still no points although the captcha wasn't showing up as incorrect.
Now I'm finally using another browser and haven't listened long enough to enter a captcha. Is anyone else having issues?
Since the puzzles started working on New Year's Eve I have had 35 puzzles completed and submitted properly, but none (zero) have been credited by SunshineRewards, Has the Radio Loyalty program ceased being part of the SunshineRewards program? Nothing from Radio Loyalty crediting this morning, New Years Day, either. Please let me know if I should give up.
Sorry guys. I don't use Radio Loyalty that often so I don't have an answer. I'll kick this over for Tricia to look at though. It might take a day or two with this new years holiday for her to get a response.
Yeah. There is clearly something wrong because they reported ZERO correct CAPTCHAs for our entire site yesterday (we get reports a day behind). I am sure that they are closed for the holiday but will email them when they reopen.
Should we keep doing them?

Should we keep doing Radio Loyalty? For the past two days I have had a total of 70 Radio Loyalty points fail to credit in my Sunshine Rewards account.
Well rats. I hadn't even realized that yesterday's points didn't credit. I had the captcha issue on NYE too. I guess I'll keep trying. Maybe they'll put them through later???
I just talked to them and they promised to get the credits loaded for everyone!

Looks like mine loaded - for both today and yesterday - not exactly sure but there are 11 credits and I don't think I earned all 11 today. But they are all dated today.

Radio loyalty is not crediting today. I've been running it since around 9am EST and nothing has posted to my account. Captchas are working though

They've been slower to show up for me for a few months now, but they always end up there. :)
My credits all showed up with no problem yesterday but nothing all morning today.
I stopped doing Radio Loyalty months ago because it loaded so slow on my computer.
Due to the contest(and the fact that several of you are having lots of success with it) I decided to give it a try this morning.
Entered at least 3 codes and no credit. Do they always show up-even if delayed? Because if not, I'm not going to bother.
They seem to show up in batches but I haven't figured out a pattern as to when they show up. It seems random to me.Quote:

Yeah there is quite a delay in their crediting now days, but they always seem to show up so I stopped worrying about it.

Anyone having problems with this? On 3/03 I was credited with no problem. Yesterday, I got credit for 2 and I was on it all day.
Mine seems to be crediting okay.
For the past 36 hours I get one or two security codes which when entered do credit, but then no more until I restart Radio Loyalty through the SR Earn Daily drop down menu. It certainly isn't enabling me to enter a security code every ten minutes as one should. Hope this is investigated and fixed.
Ok I'm glad to see that I'm not the only one. Yesterday was crazy - I played the radio for almost an hour before I even got a code. I didn't have any more time yesterday so I quit. Today, I have been running the radio for over an hour and only have one code and it didn't credit yet. Hope someone can look into this.Quote:

had the same problems yesterday and some today. Looks like yesterday I got credit fo about 1 of every 2 or 3 codes I entered (ended up with 21 credits, of the 25 needed for the contest and I ran radio for almost 9+ hours),
Today I have 9 credits after about 3.5 hours.
I keep deleting cookies, restarting it and also hitting the submit button instead of enter to see if that helps
Radio loyalty is now showing an error :cry:
