The girls collected pins when they were younger but gave it up at some point. :( I hope Jillian will get to do pin trading when she goes down there in January. I think I heard cast members are allowed to do it again??
Cast members are allowed to pin trade - it's only the boards - I haven't seen any CM with the pin apron thingys they used to wear around the waist and no lanyards on CM's either. They are also doing surprise pin trading but you don't have to trade if you don't like the pin that's revealed.
