another day no Dynata, worked yesterday.
Seems the pattern is one day it works, next it does not. At most 3, maybe 4 days a week can get into surveys.

cleared cookies to see what happens, tried both browsers, don't even get to the initial screening questions. Makes me think the issue is not with my account. never had that happen before.

thanks, I use Edge and Chrome and have experienced similar to you the last month. Dynata tells me no surveys in one browser, when I switch to the other one, I get surveys. Today neither is working....

I try to be extremley careful with Dynata as I know how particular they are. But no one is perfect and keying errors do happen. I was not trying to cheat, if I made an error, it was an honest mistake...
