Banner on other boards

I am trying to put my referral banner on a different board. It's just not working for me. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong?

Here is what my link says it should be

Well your code looks ok to me. It could be that it is against the board policy to post banners or maybe you have to have a certain number of posts?? I'm sure you know the rules over there but I"m just throwing stuff out there.
