Question on pending credit...

I have a credit that came through today for a hotel stay which is marked "credit hold until 7/1/08" but it is already the 14th? Did something get messed up with the site issues this morning or is this normal?

That's totally normal. The script that looks to see which credits need to move from pending to credit only runs once a day. So if you have something that comes in today that is due to you, the script will kick it over to a credit when it runs tonight.
