Actually, this is probably not a technical issue nor is it a big deal.
I got so excited about making Super Member that I cashed out for a Disney GC right away. I meant to wait for the special Disney cashout in July. So, is this a problem to fix.

Got my mind wandering and luckily I didn't get lost
If you haven't heard back from Tricia why don't you submit her a trouble ticket with the request to cancel it. Im not sure it can be done but that will make certain she sees it. With all the chaos of the end of the month and her trip next week I dont want her to miss it if there is something she can do, Im not sure there is.
