Cookies? What are your settings?

I have seen much talk about cookies and I have a problem with them. I was not getting some credits because my computer was not accepting cookies. I just don't know what setting to use. On my IE right now they are on low and it will accept cookies if they have compact privacy policy. Can you get credits with that?
Also I have CA Internet Seurity installed. The settings on that are either high - that will let nothing in, Medium - that blocks anything without compact privacy policy or off.
So what do you have yours on?

I have mine set on low only because this is a work laptop and if anything did screw it up I could bring it to the tech support in my office and get it fixed. If this were my own computer I might do things differently.....
