So, I checked back in 0 mins and they are not back up and running

Problem seems to be with greenfield, not SR.

I agree! SM still doesn't work for me, either. Oh well, as Hedy said - really, small potatoes compared to eternity. That sort of thing tends to put these technical difficulty issues into perspective for sure.
