I just cleared my 100 mark today.
So do I now have to wait till the end of the Q to be invited into the SM lounge?

Yes, SR will kick out all of the current SM's and clean up the lounge and start getting it ready for the new Q. So we'll see you in there on October 1st (or maybe the 2nd depending on how quickly they get things taken care of.
