Afternoon Tea at the GF

Has anyone done this? Any recommendations on what to get? We have a 4:40pm ADR and are planning to do this before MNSSHP. It will be my mom and I on a girl's only trip. I'm not sure if that's too late though, but the next earliest one was 3:40pm. I was thinking we would just eat a CS lunch at Epcot around 11:30 or so and then the tea would be like a lite dinner and if we want to snack at MSSHP we can. How does that sound? Thanks!

Buckingham Palace - Our traditional tea sandwiches, scones and jam tarts complemented by fresh strawberries and cream, or a selection of freshly baked pastries, along with your choice of tea. $19.50 per guest

It was actually fairly filling. The scones were incredible! One of us got the strawberries, the other pastries (you get two small pasties.)

Keep in mind that it is a leisurely event. They bring the sandwiches, then the scone and tart and then dessert. So, if you want to get to MNSSHP early - and rumer has it you can enter about 4:00 PM - you might want the earlier time.
