So what percent of your offers do you think are automatic vs manual credits? I was thinking back to when I first started here and very few were automatic. Just got me wondering.

Not a high priority question just a wondering question.

We try when at all possible to use the automatic ones. We only pull a manual if we cannot possibly get it anywhere else. I'm going to say maybe only 5-10% are manual now? And about 10% of the shopping is still manual.

Definitely a step up from the old days!!!!

Wow! What a change in such a minimal amount of time, all things considered! It is still incredible to me how much SR has grown. Tricia, did you envision SR to grow as quickly as it has when you started out?
