OTX Problems

Is anybody else having any problems with OTX? I've tried all day and can't get one and then the lst tow times I have gotten this error:

Please try the following:

* Click the Refresh button, or try again later.
* If you typed the page address, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

When I refresh I keep getting the same error message. I cleaned cookies between the times that I tried. Anybody have any ideas? Please.

I was having the same problems earlier, but I finnally got through and got one. Keep trying and good luck.
