Cashout Questions

So, I am going to cash out to paypal and use the money for my trip to texas. I have a $13.00 credit hold till the 15th. If I wait to cash out till the credit hold is released the 16th, will I get the money in time to use it for my trip ( I leave on Oct 3rd) or should I just cash out without the 13.00 in order to make sure I get it on time? Anyone know?

I would cashout without that money so you can be sure to get it on time. You can then cashout for the other 13.00 when it credits and if it doesnt post in time it will be there when you get back (or during your trip if you have a laptop and internet access.) Remember that the 15th falls on the weekend.
