    Question Ultima Patch

    Has anyone been able to reach someone for the Ultima Patch? I was on hold for over 45 minutes yesterday for 2 different calls. Then I have been on hold for 15 minutes for more than 5 more calls. My cc was charged but I am unable to reach anyone before my trial runs out! Anyone have any phone numbers or advice??

    I was sad because I never received the item. My DH was very nervous about my trying to loose weight with something like this anyway.

    I called 1-800-630-2305. I was on hold for about 10 minutes and then got through with no problem. Good Luck!

    I haven't received it yet either...but figured shipping may be slow. THANKs for the number...maybe I can get through.
