Everytime I do an offer, when I go back to the menu to click "Move To Pending" , I have been signed of and told to log in. Why? Do I haev some setting wrong or something?

So far It only happens when I am doing the "free stuff" offers as I am go to the offers site. While I was looking in the "shopping" categories, I didn't see anything I wanted, so I didn't go to the respective site.
