    did the offer a few days ago. it "clearly" says 12 issues for $9.99 but they tried to charge my card $24.99 it was declined but why do they try to do that????? i'll call them monday about it. i want it for $9.99 but they can keep it for $24.99

    They did the same thing to me, but the joke was on them as I only had $20 left on my Simon acct.
