Help with Logging in

I noticed that last week when I got the 2 cent scratch off, it did not go to my account. I also noticed that I did not get the last Greenfield survey that I completed. It wasn't a big deal until today.

I got to SR and my acct was up. Then I tried to do the scratch off and it said I needed to log in. So I tried to log in, but it goes straight to my account. So I am sorta in a loop. I am logged on to look at everything, but not logged on to DO anything. Can someone help????

Not sure what would cause that. Hopefully someone else will jump in with some advice!

It started working for me yesterday. And when it worked I noticed I got credit for one of the crazy credits! So YAY! Must have been on my side of the computer world.
