You go into the shopping section. You can either look at all the merchants we have or you can do a product search or you can search by category. Then look at all the coupons and pick one to click on, or if there aren't any, just click on the banner, and shop. Easy as that. Remember to save you email confirmations in case we don't get credit we can dispute it. Each merchant will also tell you what percentage reward back you will get. You can only use our coupons or the coupons listed on the site. If you use your own or a coupon you find on the net, you won't get credit for your purchase, the merchants won't credit SR for someone elses coupon. If you see a coupon on the net, which we do not recommend you searching for, you can always ask us in the thread in the forum to see if we can get it too. We do not recommend shopping through other sites and SR because cookies can be stored on your computer and sometimes the credit goes elsewhere instead of here. Its fun, easy and a great way to save money.

Also once you do shop, the credit will show up pending in your account for 21 days (3 days for SuperMembers). You will see the amount under Member Zone- Current Earnings. It will show up as a pending payment. The payments will also show up in your Account History on the date that you placed the order (not the date it showed up in your SR acct)- so if you are looking for a credit, you will likely have to go back a few pages to the order date. That entry will show you what date your credit will actually be available in your account. Each merchant is different, but most do not give credit until the merchandise ships.

Keep track of your confirmation e-mails as Cindy mentioned. If after 10-14 days, you have not received pending credit for the purchase, you can file a Trouble Ticket from the News & Links page under Member Zone.

You can also search for merchants here on the forum to get feedback from other members- sometimes that's very helpful and reassuring when purchasing from an unfamiliar merchant!
