Surveys not crediting question

It does look like they might be having a problem, but the will not have anyone in the office until Monday. So my advice would be that if you are really worried about getting the credits, do NOT try them until you see the light turn yellow. Sometimes we do get a lump of credits from them after the fact. We always try to. But there is always a chance that we will not as well.

Decided to give SSI a try this morning, someone needs to right? Completed one and it did not credit, just wanted to update.

Just wanted to add that DH completed an SSI and SSI2 early yesterday and neither one credited. He tried another SSI later last night and that did not credit either.

Yes, I had one not credit on Friday night.

Hopefully SSI can figure it all out tomorrow. SSI is usually the best to get credits with for me, so here's hoping they can straighted it out soon.

I had a GF/Toluna not credit last night. I didn't save the kick back page, so I can't report it. But I did enter the code at the end and it said 'congrats' afterwards. Weird.

Me too. Surveys are always hard to come by the first of the month but I can usually count on a least one SSI.

I'm shut out of most surveys since it is the end of the month (well, the beginning, but most haven't added new surveys), so I tried SSI. Completed it and it did not credit - just FYI.

I got GF/Tuluna on hotels that didn't credit earlier today.

Just heard back from SSI. They are on the Amazon servers and the Amazon servers suffered a huge outage the last few days. They said that everything is still tracking properly and we should start seeing the credits caught up. I will watch carefully!!
