Surveys not crediting question

Thanks Trish for looking into this, Live has the most surveys everyday more consistent than any other survey company since they began. I am am panel member of Live, you have a link to become a panel member when they first began. I have emailed Hugh several times in the past and he always responds, I was thinking of doing that, when I went to the site to try for a survey there are none, when there are I was going to check cookies and then email Hugh and asked what is going on.

Took a chance with Live, had all my view cookies and also my view landing page did not credit. Waiting to see if Trish knows something about this.

They are checking right now.

They did confirm that they have merged into a single company. But we are still running them two different ways. I'm waiting to hear back on the missing credits but they are being responsive.

Thanks Trish for the update, its hard enough these days to get surveys and complete them, and when they do not credit it is a let down. I appreciate you keeping us up to date.

DH completed a LS tonight on ads for a financial company that did not credit.

I wish I would have read this before attempting Live. I took one last night and never received credit. Same thing with Greenfield. Spent 20 minutes on a survey only to have it say that I didn't qualify at the very end. I'm so sick of doing surveys and not receiving credit!!

I wonder if this may be something on your end? It looks like Live is back to crediting okay again.

Nope because I took the same exact survey through MyView today and it credited. Pretty sure it was Live's issue.
