Just paid in full with my Disney gift cards. The cast member was incredulous! It took a tincture of time, but well worth it, lol! I even have $260 left over for whatever. Hope to add to that before then.

That rocks!!! I hope you have a super time!!

I used one of my SR Disney cards to pay for all the extras on our 9 days at WDW this summer and the other one paid for all the extras on the cruise on the Fantasy!! Last year I used them to pay for the lion's share of our annual passes!!! I LOVE using SR rewards for Disney trips.....it takes much less of a chunk out of wallet and makes booking the next trip an incentive!!!

    Have a MAGICAL vacation!!!

Update: DH and I just returned from a week at WDW. We stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter in a king room. Although we didn't pay for it, we had a partial view of the river. Very nice room! Also had park hopper tickets included.

As noted in the first post, we paid our entire room with Disney gift cards earned here at Sunshine Rewards. Last week was free dining, a huge savings. We had over $400 in gift cards to take with us, some from our Disney Visa earnings, and used them for dinner and park drinks, extra food, waiter tips, plus souvenirs. We still have $24 in gift cards left over.

Hope this is an inspiration to some of you. I did a lot of surveys and shopping on this site to get there, but I'm glad I did.

    Thanks, Sunshine Rewards!

The best vacations are the free ones!

In 2011, I had accumulated $750 in SR which I cashed out to PayPal. I combined that with gift cards (Marriott) that I'd earned through another rewards program, Discover, Disney Visa and AMEX rewards and I was able to treat our family to an 8-night trip to Disney's HHI resort...for FREE!

We're going to HHI again this April for spring break. I have been HORRIBLE with my sunshining so this vacation will not be free this time. The good part is that I have a $1800 budget and I have about $1100 so far in rewards. I really want to get my butt back in gear and do some surveys. I'm going to try and earn $100 by the end of February which is when I will have to cash out.
