Trouble Tickets for only selected merchants?
Hi,
I have two shopping orders for which I haven't seen credited posted and wanted to file trouble tickets. But, it looks like there is a pulldown menu now with only a select number of merchants. If my merchant isn't listed, does that mean I can't file a Trouble ticket? Thanks!

If it isn't listed, it means that we do not have a record of you clicking through our links in the time frame. Two reasons would be that either 1) you were not logged in or 2) it hasn't been 7 days.
If you are outside the 7 day mark, go ahead and just open a regular ticket with all of the information you have and I will see if you just weren't logged into your account when you clicked.
