Paid Clicks problem

I've had a few other paid clicks on the new site, but this is the first that didn't work at all. I can only get the click to work if I go to Offers--Paid clicks and have had this issue since the site changed.

Didn't work the first time but when I followed the instructions, above, it worked.

I had to got to the OFFERS page also. The link on my Task list doesn't work. I entered! Cute tops

I had to go through Offers too, figured that out earlier.
