    Default trouble ticket

    I submitted a trouble ticket yesterday and I have received no response. How long will it take to get a response to the ticket.

    It's usually a day or two, but I think some of mine have taken a week to have a status change. Keep in mind SR is fairly small and there are only a few people, but they do have great customer service!
