Changing user name?

Trish, somehow when I signed up for the forum I ended up with my e-mail as my user name I would like to change it but can't figure out if/how I can do it! Thanks!

What do you want to change it to and I can just go into the admin panel and do it for you real quick?

I hate to be a pest, but can I have you change mine too? My nickname on other things is ChickiePants and I don't know WHY I didn't put it on here. Momentary lapse, I think? PLEASE? I will love you forever (like I already don't for making SR in the first place)!!!
