trouble tickets/shopping question

I was going to open a trouble ticket for a Marriott stay we had in August. When I was trying to start the trouble ticket, it brought up the merchants I had used to choose from and Marriott wasn't listed. I am almost certain I went through Sunshine for this reservation. It was made back in May. If it isn't on my list does that mean I probably ddin't come through here? Just curious since it was back in May that it was made maybe it isn't on my list anymore.

It may not appear because it was back in May. Go ahead and open a regular trouble ticket and just put in there that the reservation was made in May so you can't use the dropdown system. We'll still be able to look for the credit for you.
