I just added 5-minute Survey router to the offers page:

The network that it is on shows a pretty high conversion rate. Every survey you are initially routed into is 5 minutes or less. However, if you get kicked out of that survey, do NOT let it route you to another one because it is not a guarantee that will be 5 minutes.

I'm not sure if the conversion rate is high because people get routed into other surveys and end up taking them or if there are actually some good 5 minute surveys. But I figured we could try it out!
