Oh yikes! Thanks for letting me know. I will definitely have him go in and see what is going on. They must have changed something in their system and our system is seeing them as all new credits instead of just the originals.

I just pulled the manual reports for Sample Cube and they reversed half of our credits for last month!! I have no idea why and just reached out to them. I am sure they are going to say "quality control" but I don't buy it. Not half of our credits across multiple different users. This survey is turning out to be a mess!

Okay....so everything that showed up today as a new credit was actually one that they REVERSED from last month. So it's going to take us a bit to straighten this out. We're going to deduct the ones that should not have been credited today but NOT take anything away from last month because they need to justify why they are reversing all of these.

SG says you can start taking these again. I'm awaiting word still why the ones were reversed lat month...

I did pretty well with Sample Cube in September and the first few days of October, since the 2nd I have only been able to complete 5. It is green quite a bit of the time.

It's disappointing as this replaced Samp.
Quite a bit of drop off in opportunities.
