Tell me about their split stay experience? Did the luggage transfer work for you? I'm debating hopping a cab from Pop to the Dolphin, rather than have them transfer my luggage. My big problem is that that's a "boys choice" day, so I don't know what we're doing. As the rest of the fam is staying at BCV, I'm thinking taking an early moring cab to the Dolphin, then checking in and having them hold my bags, might not be a bad idea.
Has having WDW xfer your luggage worked for you?

I haven't decided if I will move my luggage or let them do it for me.

WDW will not transfer your luggage from a Disney hotel to the Swan or Dolphin. They are not owned by Disney and so you don't get that privlage or the Magical express privlage. I have done split stays between disney hotels a lot and never had a problem. When you leave you call and say come and get it and when you go to your other hotel it is there for you to have delivered to your room.
