Trouble Ticket Question for Tricia

I was reading on the open Trouble Ticket issue Tricia replied to where she was saying she had about a total of 25 open ones. Mine must make up a large majority of them or at least a 1/4. I was wondering what my chances were of ever receiving any credit for them...here are my open ones:

Now "Open" is different than "Submitted to Merchant." I think yours from May are all submitted to the merchants already, which means they are completely out of my hands. When I talk about "open" tickets, those are the tickets that I am still actively working (trying to locate the missing credits, getting the right info, pooling them together for the merchants, etc).
