    Question Trouble Ticket Question

Hi! I opened a trouble ticket for an Overstock.com purchase that didn't credit. I made the purchase on June 1, I opened the trouble ticket on June 8, but it's still showing no response and the credit isn't pending. Should I open a new trouble ticket or just continue waiting?

I think I did it right, I copied my confirmation and everything.

You continue waiting. Tricia will handle it from here. Sometimes it can take awhile for the merchants to respond and some merchants only allow disputes to be submitted at certain times. As long as it had been submitted she can still see it and will do her best to get you credit. It may take a little patience. HTH!

Okay, thank-you! I just didn't want to wait too long and find out there was a time limit or something.

No you are fine. Once you have submitted it the ticket remains where she can see it until she moves it to closed.
